Fighting...

Fighting within.

Fighting not to get trapped in negativity,

Fighting to stay rooted to beauty and creativity,

Fighting to let positivity blossom,

Fighting for others to be free,

Fighting with the dark side of my mind,

Fighting to let the little voice to emerge,

Fighting to let cries of despair vanish as unreal,

Fighting to get myself a boost,

Fighting to calm down the mind and stay grounded in this little things of daily life...

And when fighting is over,

I turn a page, surrending....

And turning a page, I found some dried leaves remembering shivaratri, indian times,

Turning inward to look at the heart space,

Turning inward catching any inspirations,

And exhaling,

Releasing pain, suffering of the mind,

Relaxing the body,

Letting any ray of the sun warming my body once more....

Transferring the energy into steps in the direction of a light house there, far away,

Surrounding by the fog, the mystical island of the soul...

Inhaling again, strength

Exhaling hope,

Inhaling the power of Shakti power,

Exhaling Kali's beauty,

Crafting again, the feet as roots of a tree , hands, fingers interweave in a dance with a white thread.

White as purity of the mind,

Yellow as a sunflower,

Geru as the mud of a dusty road,

Bare feet throwing sparkling particles around,

Interconnecting body, mind and the soul with the cosmic mother....

Any cell laughing together with the universe.

What are you learning when you are moving ?

What are you understanding when you are immobile?

What are you chasing while going around ?

What are you imbibing while breathing ? Inhaling, exhaling, inhaling, holding before exhaling

When awareness expands in a perfect stillness, the point, the third eyes only turns inward and a new channel, a new opening appears, dark at first, until a tiny light begins to cast shadows in the blackness

The fingers are dancing, the thread is swirling, becoming a knot, embracing the beads gently.

What are you creating when your fingers are loosing themselves in the thread.

Meditative state, fully grounded, the feet touching the earth

Not long ago, I was working in a global vaccine company — deeply immersed in science, data, and deadlines.Today, I guide others through yoga, tarot, and spiritual practices. The shift has been both external and internal.

What I've realized is: the future isn’t something we reach. It’s something we become.

In the world of spirituality, the future is not a fixed outcome — it’s a frequency. It’s shaped by the energy, intention, and presence we bring to this moment.

I’m sharing a short reflection below that’s close to my heart.I’d love to hear your thoughts, wherever you are on your own path.

We often think of the future as a destination: the next quarter, the next year, the next phase of life. It’s something we try to predict, plan, and control.

But from a spiritual perspective, the future isn’t just waiting for us — it’s something we are creating right now. It’s a reflection of our consciousness, a mirror of our present energy.

Many spiritual traditions — Vedanta, Buddhism, Sufism, Indigenous teachings — remind us that time is not linear.

The future exists only as potential within the present moment. When we shift our thoughts, emotions, and intentions, we don't just move toward the future — we actively create it.

Every thought, word, and action we plant today becomes a seed for tomorrow’s reality.

When we align ourselves with love, compassion, and awareness, the future naturally unfolds with greater harmony. The future isn’t random — it’s an echo of the energy we hold today.

Spiritual teachings often speak of a dance between destiny and free will.

Certain life lessons may be part of our soul’s journey. But how we walk that path — the choices we make, the energy we bring — that’s in our hands.

Destiny may hand us the canvas, but free will holds the brush.

💫 The Future is Within

Instead of asking, "What will happen to me?", the spiritual seeker asks, "Who am I becoming?"

When we transform our inner world — cultivating peace, trust, and presence — our outer world changes in response.

In life, leadership, and personal growth, the future isn’t something we reach — it’s something we become.

When we live with awareness, compassion, and purpose, we don’t just prepare for the future — we shape it.

What seeds are you planting today for the future you wish to see?
